Walk across the street to Oslo Central Station, where you’ll board your train and begin your journey towards Bergen, with a 3-night stay in Balestrand. Your high-speed train on the Bergen Railway will take you on a comfortable 4+ hour journey through fjord and highland landscapes, passing by many charming villages. In Myrdal, you’ll switch trains to the famous Flåm Railway (Flåmsbana) for an incredible ride to the beautiful village of Flåm.

The Flåmsbana is a spectacular train journey offering panoramic views of some of the wildest and most magnificent nature in the Norwegian fjord landscape. This 12-mile-long train ride took 20 years to build and is one of the steepest and highest-altitude railways in the world. This morning, head to the harbor and board a express boat. You'll travel west through the Sognefjord, the world's longest and deepest fjord, and then south along the western coastline of Norway to Bergen. Upon your arrival in Bergen, walk across the street to the Opus.
